OUR APPROACH

Larson & Larson has the ability and experience to progress through projects by using two different approaches: the Relationship-Based Approach and the Competitive Bid Approach.

The main difference between the two is the type of relationship a construction owner has with a contractor and the amount of risk a construction user is willing to bear during the construction process.

Larson & Larson keeps a balanced portfolio of both Relationship-Based and Competitive Bid selection. In 2005, 54 percent of our work was completed under the Relationship-Based Approach and 46 percent was completed under the Competitive Bid Approach.
