COMPETITIVE-BID APPROACH

The Competitive-Bid Approach is used to develop work. This approach adds the component of risk assessment and judgment to the selection of a low-cost procurement process. Larson & Larson possesses the ability and track record to be competitive in the bid market. 

Financial capacity in the form of performance and payment bonds are used as guarantees to ensure the completion of a project.

As of May 1, 2006,  Larson & Larson had contracts in place for bid work in excess of $35 million. These projects included Urbandale Elementary School, Johnston Elementary School, Principal Park renovation, Western Gateway, and Hubbell Elementary School.

Our single project bonding capacity is $20 million. Our total bonding capacity is $45 million.
