Project development is very important in the early stages in order to properly gauge expectations. Larson & Larson will help define global issues and offer ideas for each phase of a project. 

We create teams of design consultants based on relationships, experience, and cost. As the technical development functions are led by the design team, the management of the process and maintaining schedules are key responsibilities of Larson & Larson leadership. 

Setting performance requirements in the design phase is a balancing exercise. It is critical that the designers are not inhibited by the construction process; the project schedule and budget need to be introduced as key components of the design; and accountability is developed and honored by all project team members.
