DEFINING PROJECT EXPECTATIONS

Conflicts normally found on a construction site are centered on a lack of communication. The ability to understand expectations of the client, of the designer, and of the subcontractors is paramount to the successful leadership and completion of a project.

Adverse events will occur during the course of a project. We look to strong relationships and leadership abilities to turn negative events into positive outcomes. Making sure all project team members have the same information and expectations make this a very feasible and realistic expectation.

We have a strong track record of delivering projects on schedule (or before) and on budget (or under).
