The internal support system for Larson & Larson provide the basis for external construction activities. Two key areas Larson & Larson is continually working to improve include Accounting and Financial, and Digital Document Control. 

Accounting and Financial 
The ability to effectively communicate information to the end user has an impact on service.  Updating job costs and preparing project cost forecasts impact the types of decision made during a project. 

Digital Document Control 
Larson & Larson has invested in systems that allow for information to be moved in a digital format with the click of a button. The typical barriers of geographic location, expense of overnight transportation, and delivery time are now virtually non-existent. 

A new feature we're developing is an extranet accessible from the Larson & Larson Web site. The extranet will provide instant access to information by all companies involved in a project.
