Serving the needs of others

OUR SERVICES

A construction project requires labor, material, and equipment. When the project is completed, the finished version will look the same as its initial plans, based on the use of a good contractor.

The processes used to complete a project have many variables — namely cost, schedule, and design. The resolution of these variables comes from the people and relationships formed before, during, and after the project.

Our team approach creates a positive environment enabling different design and construction companies to work for a common goal. This approach rewards creativity and the communication of new ideas.

Whether it's is a design element that causes a construction schedule delay, or a construction method that requires a design modification, all companies are working together to achieve a common goal — to meet the needs of the project.

Accountability is another important factor in the success of a project. All companies involved must be committed to a project. This accountability provides the mechanism to meet deadlines.

This is a proactive approach when dealing with project variables. With input from all design disciplines, expertise on cost and construction, and scheduling abilities of contractors, the project is given a strong foundation on which to build.

Assembling team members can be done on an Request-For-Proposal (RFP) basis, or, if the scope is smaller in scale, this can be handled at an hourly rate with a fixed number of hours. This provides flexibility to not have a large design fee for one member who coordinates the other design disciplines if the scope does not require a lead designer.
